Ingredients
- 6 servings fish sauce
- 6 servings thai palm sugar
- 4 limes
- 2 to 3 chilli padis
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 tablespoon shrimps
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup carrot
- 3 cups mangoes
- 2 inches long beans
- 4 tablespoons roasted coarse peanuts
Instructions
- Pound all the ingredients in a clay mortar using a wooden pestle, then add carrot and mangoes.
- Serve chilled with roasted coarse peanuts.
