  • 6 servings fish sauce
  • 6 servings thai palm sugar
  • 4 limes
  • 2 to 3 chilli padis
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tablespoon shrimps
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 3 cups mangoes
  • 2 inches long beans
  • 4 tablespoons roasted coarse peanuts

Instructions

  1. Pound all the ingredients in a clay mortar using a wooden pestle, then add carrot and mangoes.
  2. Serve chilled with roasted coarse peanuts.
