This delicious medium-bodied 100% Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley has classic varietal notes of bright raspberry, violet, and a touch of graphite minerality. Well-balanced with a smooth and integrated finish.

This biodynamically grown Malbec is a clean and sophisticated example of Cahors, with grippy structure and earthiness alongside dark berry fruit.

The grape Picpoul is grown primarily in southwestern France, but Bonny Doon - known for their enthusiasm for esoteric varietals - does a fantastic job with this California rendition! The name Picpoul translates loosely to "lip stinger", and with crisp and ripe Meyer lemon flavors and refreshing acidity, this delicious wine shows why.

The "Hermit Crab" has abundant tropical fruit without being sweet, with a rich, full body, flavors of apricot and dried hay, and nuanced notes of spice.

This outstanding Burgundian-style Chardonnay blends New World fruit with Old World restraint, balance, and nuance. A mix of stainless steel and barrel fermentation and aging creates complexity and savory notes while retaining acidity, complemented by a palate of creamy lemon curd, white peach, and a hint of baking spices. Simply lovely (as evidenced by the fact that Phil chose to serve it at his wedding this past year!).

Good Verdicchio is all about minerality, complemented by stone fruit, savory notes and a smooth and mouthcoating texture on the palate. A new favorite for us!

This delicious organically grown blend of Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat is floral but dry, with abundant stone and citrus fruit complemented by lychee and exotic spice notes.

This delicious organically farmed blend of 70% Viura, 20% Malvasia & 10% Garnacha Blanca features notes of ripe lime, white flowers, and a lovely mouthfeel. Barrel fermentation and lees aging provide a subtle spice note and wonderful texture.

The Philipp Horn is on the sweeter side for a Kabinett, with juicy stone fruit, citrus, and lovely white floral aromatics, all balanced by vibrant acidity so it's refreshing rather than cloying. Classic for the style, and a wonderful contrast to the bone-dry Allendorf Riesling on the list!

A lot of Pinot Grigio can be insipid, but the Pecorari delivers the goods with this offering that features white peach, preserved lemon notes, and fall spices.

This lovely Chenin Blanc has great texture and length, with flavors of dried honey and stone fruit along with a bit of spiciness and a hint of orange blossom.

This exuberantly fruit-forward unoaked offering shows what Chardonnay tastes like without all the wood – pure pears, lemon & Golden Delicious apples.
