Tender pork loin brined in a mixture of beer and spices, then grilled and basted with our special Quivey's BBQ sauce. Served over baby red potatoes smashed with butter, cream, garlic & herbs.

Can't go wrong with chocolate paired with a dark porter! Our chocolate steam pudding is super moist and topped with a creamy vanilla fluffy sauce.

Light, deep-fried and full of potato and crispy bacon, served with a spicy jalapeno ranch dressing.

It doesn't get much better than this! Beer and local Wisconsin cheeses make up this super comforting soup.
