Chef B has been cooking in Eugene since 2015 with a culinary background including a two-year sushi apprenticeship and experience at various local restaurants.

A menu and experience that marries European bistros with Japanese and Thai Drinking Dens, focusing on sharing food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.

Seating is first come, first served with no reservations. Outside food is not allowed.
