2 Bao buns stuffed with grilled Kobe beef burgers paired with sharp, melted cheddar inside two steamed bao buns with sweet and smoky house-made bacon tomato jam. Served with Mac dipping sauce and Kool-Aid pickles on the side.

All natural house ground pork dumplings, hand-rolled and folded with crisp Napa cabbage and fresh minced garlic. Steamed and served with a spicy chili crisp dipping sauce that brings the heat.

Masterclass in fusion. We take house-smoked pork belly, glaze it in a rich, sweet-and-savory Char Siu BBQ sauce, and nestle it into a pillowy steamed bao. Topped with creamy soy mayo, traditional pickled daikon and carrots, and a refreshing mountain of fresh cilantro. Served with our signature house-made jalapeño jam on the side for those who like a sweet, lingering heat.

Crispy, golden-fried Korean chicken nestled in a cloud-like steamed bao bun. Topped with a refreshing kimchi crunch slaw, our signature Mac Sauce, and fresh green onions, then finished with a bold drizzle of sweet and tangy Korean BBQ sauce. It's the ultimate Seoul-food fusion.

The best of both worlds. We take our house-slow-smoked, melt-in-your-mouth brisket and tuck it into two pillowy, handcrafted bao buns. Topped with a crisp, tangy Asian slaw and a signature drizzle of our spicy House Sriracha Mayo. It's a Texas-meets-Seoul masterpiece.

Sweet fusion dumplings stuffed with warm, baked apple pie filling and creamy cheesecake, then sealed in a flaky pastry wrapper and lightly fried. Served with a drizzle of house-made salted caramel sauce. This delicious dish was created by our famous Pastry Chef, Brittney Moreau.

Tender miso glazed grilled chicken thigh served over crispy Romaine and Napa cabbage, creating a delightful crunch. Topped with crispy wonton strips and tomatoes, all tossed in our savory Caesar-Miso-Dressing.

A smokey beef-based broth that is seasoned with a dash of Creole seasoning and Soy Sauce, served on Spaghetti noodles, topped with chopped green onions, a smoked-Soy marinated soft-boiled egg cut in half and house Smokey Washington Brisket. Served with hot sauce and soy sauce on the side so the guest can adjust the heat and saltiness to their liking.

Tender, slow-smoked pork ribs are infused with our famous peanut sauce—a rich blend of sweet chili, Thai yellow curry, garlic, and ginger—then smoked for hours. They are finished by being basted with our signature Peanut BBQ Glaze and garnished with freshly minced green onions. Served on our fries and a bright Sweet Thai Ginger Slaw.

Fluffy rice topped with fire roasted corn blend, miso-grilled chicken thigh, ginger-citrus vinaigrette & crispy wontons. Substitutions available: Smoked Texas Brisket for $4 or Tofu for $4.
