Our burritos are heavy! A three egg omelet, sharp cheddar and jack cheese, beer battered fries, brisket, and bbq sauce. All rolled in a 14" flour tortilla, there is a reason we call them our all day burritos!!

If there was ever something better than bacon this might be it. Pork belly is a BBQ paradise in your mouth. You owe it to yourself to try it! Topped with a perfectly balanced salsa affectionately known as a cowboy caviar and a poblano avocado crema sauce, we've been told these are a game changer!

After much request we created a mini! Three mini's made with delicious alder and maple smoked pulled pork, Havarti cheese, cilantro, garlic, lime, onion relish in a bite sized package. A lighter yet satisfying departure from our ginormous BBQ burritos

A massive 10 ounce 100% ground brisket patty with our famous brisket rub mixed in. Served with a topping of caramelized onions, pork belly, two slices of havarti cheese, and our house ranch. All on a toasted bun. She thicc so prep time is about 12 minutes! Served with fries and a drink!

Our 1/3lb angus sirloin burger with Havarti, caramelized onions, and garlic dill sauce, topped with a full serving of our pulled pork and bbq sauce in a meal! Meal includes fries and a drink! This is a big boy! Additionally, because we also are so proud of our student athletes here, $1 of each Tornado sold will be donated to YHS Athletics!

Like most of our menu items these are huge! Made only every other week these from scratch family recipe cinnamon rolls are what our family compares all others to. Big enough to share but rarely does that work out!
