This year's Barrel Aged Kitten is smooth, complex, and warming. Big notes of maraschino cherry, dried stone fruit (figs, prunes, light raisin), and chocolate dominate in both the flavor and aroma, along with accents of coffee, toffee, and vanilla. This vintage is a blend of barrels we filled in 2022 and 2023, all from Stein Distillery in Joseph Oregon.
ABV: 6.6% // IBU: 70 Bastard Kat is well balanced and boldly hopped. Strong citrus and pine aromas are backed by floral and fruity undertones, while grapefruit and pine add a refreshing boost to the palate.
ABV: 4.9% // IBU: 22 Easy to drink yet full of flavor, it showcases Munich Malt, Crystal Malt and Roasted Barley living in harmony with Willamette and Golding hops. Medium in body and creamy on the pallet, it lingers pleasantly and has a malty sweet finish.
ABV: 4.5% // IBU: 10 What is Apero? It's a crisp and delightfully bubbly beer brewed for all occasions. Boasting delightful ripe blackberry notes, Blackberry Apero is light and dry on the palate, thoroughly refreshing, and most of all a whole lot of fun.
ABV: 4.5% // IBU: 8 Developed by Kulshan brewers Drake Schaffer and Harrison Weber, this easy drinking sour beer is fruity, zesty, and oh so easy drinking. Bright, tart cranberry notes lead the way on this one, followed up by subtle nuances of orange and coriander spice. Replete with a beautiful pink hue, this sour ale is a refreshing and zippy treat.
ABV: 4.5% // IBU: 15 Kulshan Especial is an easy drinking Mexican- Style Pale Lager that would be the perfect beer companion out on a white sandy beach, but it also does pretty well sitting outside on a beautiful sunny Bellingham day. Light crisp malt notes are the central feature of this beer, with a very dry, clean finish, and slight floral hop notes. Highly drinkable, we recommend adding a lime wedge for a slight citrus zing.
ABV: 5% // IBU: 12 Our take on this classic German Wheat Beer, this Hefeweizen is unfiltered, with a frothy white head and delicious aroma notes of fresh baked bread, clove, vanilla, and slight banana. On the tongue, this beer is soft and finishes slightly sweet, with flavor notes very similar to its aroma. This beer is delicious and sessionable served as is, or can be served with a lemon wedge to add a refreshing citrus zing to it.
ABV: 7.3% // IBU: 83 Named after the popular ridge trail that leads to the base of Mount Baker’s Coleman Glacier, Heliotrope IPA is a mouthwatering fusion of classic West Coast IPA characteristics, and new-school fruity, juicy hop flavor. Apricot, tangerine and grapefruit dominate in both aroma and flavor, accented by milder notes of pineapple and black tea. Balanced yet fun, smooth yet flavorful, Heliotrope IPA is truly a delicious creation.
ABV: 5% // IBU: 15 2020 Bronze medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival! This beer has bready notes and slight lingering sweetness. Noble German hops provide slight floral and herbal accents, balancing out the sweet malt notes. Prost!
