Its mixture of pale, crystal, Munich, and light dextrin malts, with just a few pounds of roasted barley give it a rich, robust malt flavor. The hop varieties are Cluster and Ahtanum.

Pilsen malt, and hopped with German magnum for bittering and Saaz hops in the kettle. It's light, delicious, refreshing.

A Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Stout. The brewers used every cereal grain in the brewery plus while mashing in added Corn Flakes, Rice Crispies, Coco Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch and many more. "Dry Hopped" with Allegro Cold Brew Coffee and Cocoa Nibs. Breakfast can be anytime of day.

A blend of dark and crystal malts gives our Porter a rich and smooth texture with a chocolaty finish. Hopped with Magnum, and Centennial.

2-row, crystal, and wheat malts provide a rich body and a crisp finish. Hopped with Citra in the boil and loads more added in dry hops. Lychee and lemongrass added to the brite. A delectable beer in all rights.

Brewed in collaboration with Halcyon Brewing and Ladd & Lass Brewing, this Kölsch showcases Pacific Northwest craftsmanship malt. Made with Salmon-Safe–certified malt from Link Malt, it pours bright and golden with a sharp, bready malt character. Comet hops add subtle notes of citrus zest and gentle herbal spice, balancing the beer with a crisp, refreshing finish. This is a modern Kölsch rooted in sustainability and collaboration.

It is always powerfully malty with a prodigious amount of hops for balance. In addition to Bairds Golden Promise and Maris Otter pale malt, English Crystal, Munich, Carastan malts are used along with just a touch of roasted barley for a slight dryness and additional color. Old Wooly is bittered with Yakima Nugget hops and finished with Cascade and Centennial.

Delicate malt flavor and gently balanced hoppiness. Prime Time Pale is brewed with Northwestern 2-row pale malt, wheat, and just a touch of light dextrin malts. It is hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo hops.

This version features oodles of passion fruit and guava from Oregon Fruit Products. Perfectly tart and insanely refreshing.

Named after one of our favorite regulars, Tress. This Hazy IPA has Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Citra hops. Flavors of ripe mango, juicy peach, and bright citrus. Smooth, playful, and a little unpredictable just like its namesake.

A bold twist on a classic English style, our Rye ESB balances rich caramel malts with a spicy rye bite and a firm, earthy hop finish. Smooth yet assertive, it's a sessionable ale with character. Hot side hops are East Kent Golding and Fuggle.
