Bourbon Barrel Cru displays a rich mahogany hue with a medium body and brilliant clarity after months of barrel aging. The maturity and melding of flavors brought on by the freshly drained bourbon whiskey barrels lends an extraordinary sense of harmony to Bourbon Barrel Cru. Almond, toffee and oaky vanilla give way to notes of dark cherries and raisins. Subtle hints of plum are greeted by caramel overtones for a smooth, robust and warming finish.

Cancer Sucks Cold IPA 7.0% ABV Cancer Sucks is a benefit beer to support Cold Cap Therapy. Cold Cap Therapy is a scull-cooling treatment for chemotherapy patients. Hair loss during cancer treatment can be traumatizing for patients. The revolutionary Paxman Cold Caps help to significantly reduce the hair loss that is caused by chemotherapy treatment. Some patients are unable to afford Cold Cap Tharapy because due to insurance complications. We are trying to bridge that gap by brewing Cancer Sucks, a Cold IPA, and donating 10% of the sales of this beer in cans to organizations that support and fund the use of Cold Cap therapy. Cancer Sucks is a Cold IPA like no other. It is brewed with lager yeast and combines Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops to create a moderate bitterness with pine, grapefruit, and orange zest aromatics. Fightin' Hokies Orange Wheat is a modern take on a traditional German-style Amber Wheat Beer called a Bernsteinfarbenes Weizen. Known for its amber-to-brown color, full-bodied malt-driven flavor, and low-hop presence, this beer is a classic yet relatively unknown style. This classic, relatively unknown style is already a mouthful to say, but we took it a step further by integrating sweet orange peel, which adds rich, layered orange flavor and subtle citrus aroma. Hopkeeper New England Style IPA with Local Malt and Honey 8.5% abv Hopkeeper is a unique beer that uses local Bearer Farms Wildflower Honey from busy bees of Oilville Virginia. The honey provides a nice sweetness and roundness to the IPA style, and local Pale Malt and Rred Wheat provided by Charlottesville's Murphy and Rude Maltery give further depth into the terroir of Virginia. Murphy and Rude Maltery sources their grains from small Virginia farmers. Aggressively dry-hopped with Citra, Columbus, and Falconers Flight hops, this beer displays subtle bitterness, balanced malt sweetness, and haze that will surely satisfy.
