We're pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Maple Beer and Chili Invitational. Saturday March 21st from 12-3pm. This is our love letter to burgeoning spring in New England. A one-of-a-kind invitational featuring 17 of the Northeast's best breweries each offering their own special beer, many containing maple syrup, and competing in a fierce chili competition that has incorporated that beer as an ingredient, as well as maple. Bottled in fall 2025, this "once a year beer" is a slowly fermented single batch brew made in our Warren brewery during the 2024 spring sugaring season. It quietly rested for a year in oak barrrels from Saxton's River Distillery that previously held Sapling maple liqueur. Our recipe uses only barley, hops, yeast and concentrated maple sap from our sugaring friends in Waitsfield, VT. This ale will age elegantly for many years if kept cool and dark. Serve at 45-50F into a snifter glass.

Our Sip of Sunshine IPA is brewed by Lawson’s Finest Liquids in Stratford, CT at Two Roads Brewing and it will continue to be produced at that location. Sip of Sunshine is a beer inspired by the original Double Sunshine IPA, brewed in Vermont (previously in Warren, now at our brewery in Waitsfield). They have recipes with distinct differences in the hops, specialty malts and water source for the beer, yet they share a similar juicy, tropical fruit character and a floral aroma that jumps from the glass! Pour mindfully, inhale deeply and enjoy a tropical vacation in a glass. Always store cold, enjoy fresh and stay cool! 8% ABV
