5.8% Gold Cider. Tasting Notes: Fresh, Crisp, Tart, Sparkling Dry. Made from Vermont apples harvested in fall 2022 and fermented naturally in Chardonnay barrels over winter. Blended in spring 2023 and bottle-conditioned for 12 months.
11.0% 2022 Pétillant Naturel. Tasting Notes: Funky aromas, dry jammy fruit, earthy tones, and a touch of black pepper. Made from 100% Marquette grapes harvested in Sept 2022 and naturally fermented in oak. Bottled with native yeast for a final ferment. Unfiltered and lightly sparkling.
