An unfiltered and aggressively dry-hopped hazy IPA with juicy stone fruit and melon flavors. The English yeast strain lends to the fruity character and leaves a velvety soft finish.

A Bavarian-style Hefeweizen with a blend of wheat and pilsner malts providing a soft, bready character. Balanced flavors of banana and clove join a tart and dry side on this beer with a bubblegum finish.

A pale golden Helles Lager. With a bright and clean character, notes of sweet, biscuity malts, and a balance of German noble hops, it's the definition of a "crushable" beer.

Tis the season for sugar, spice, and everything nice about cold weather! We offer up a delicious English style brown ale with all the seasonal fixings. Dark crystal malt and earthy English hops are paired with cinnamon, nutmeg, cacao nibs, orange peel, star anise, and other muled spices for a tasty treat to keep you warm! Cheers!

A bold, full-bodied and malt forward, traditional Doppelbock with a deep Amber color. Hints of dried fruit, roasted coffee and chocolate with a robust finish of lightly bitter hops.

Giant Imperial Stout. Thick, viscous, rich, roasted coffee notes, vanilla and caramel sweetness.

Inspired by the paleterias and paleteros seen daily on the streets of Oak Cliff, we've crafted our Paleta Weisse series with fresh fruits, soft malts and a home-grown souring culture for a sweet, tart, and refreshing treat. This one is aged on fresh tangerines and a splash of vanilla. Reminiscent of a favorite summer frozen treat.
