Microwave ovens vary, we suggest reheating to an internal temperature of 165 degrees in a microwave-safe container.
Oven Reheating
For most dishes, we recommend reheating at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes, covered loosely with foil, checking for an internal temperature of 165 with a quick read thermometer.
Quiche Reheating
Reheat whole 9-inch quiches, covered loosely with foil, in a 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Single serving quiches will warm through in 12-15 minutes. A single slice can warm in the microwave, oven or a cast iron skillet for 5-8 minutes.

Stovetop Reheating for Soups/Gravies/Sauces
Soups, gravies and sauces in our deli containers can reheat on the stove top in a stockpot or sauce pan under low to medium heat. Heat to a temperature of at least 165 or a low simmer.
