This special creation was brought to life by our wonderful baker/barista Briana. It is a brown sugar pecan latte with a wee bit of vanilla, smidge of vegan butter, and a sprinklin of salt. From Briana, "This is an homage to the origin of the modern pralines we have today. Enslaved Black women in New Orleans were the first to use pecans instead of almonds, and added heavy cream to give it its fudgy texture. It was one of the few items they were able to sell in order to make money. The title of the latte also reflects their dream for freedom."
