Our Farmhouse ale. Brewed simply with Belgian pale malt, Citra, and Syrian Golding's; ripened in barrel for 3-6 months before blending on to Oregon Blackberries for refermentation. Naturally conditioned in package, this remains a refreshing but timeless expression of our brewery's character. 5% abv

Brett Pale Ale. Our house pale ale that we’ve loved and brewed since day one, brewed with Maris Otter and Mosaic. The only thing different about this one, is that we packaged kegs and bottles with a really cool Brettanomyces yeast strain and no dosage of packaging sugar, allowing the wild yeast to eat the remaining dextrin to create carbonation, resulting in a dryer and subtly funky version. The flavor notes are everything you remember turned up a notch, with a nice and subtle dried tropical fruit funk in the finish. 4.20% abv

Tripel-style ale. A delightful mixed-fermentation pale beer brewed with pale and pilsner malts from Rabbit Hill Farms and various sugars. Firmly hopped with German varietals. After a warm fermentation, TdL was cold-conditioned for a gentle rest. Colorful candies, all the esters, impression of sweetness but with a dry, classic finish. 9.8% abv

Double Dry-Hopped IPA - Brewed with Pils and malted oats, hopped with Citra and Simcoe, with Mosaic in the dry-hopping. 6.5% abv

Saison de Coupage. This beer began as a 4-grain Saison brewed with spelt, triticale, buckwheat, and sorghum; hopped gently with styrian varietals. After a ferment and 1 month garde with a modified saison strain, we selected a single 6 month barrel of Munich Saison to blend back. After another 3 months of conditioning and tertiary fermentation we packaged this under a lighter carbonation than we typically do for Saison. Full bodied notes of late summer floral bouquets, clay like minerality, and skin-contact Gruner Veltliner. 6% abv

Double IPA w/ Nelson/Taiheke/Wai-iti (Collab with Patio Brewing). We started this Double IPA by nearly maxing out the mash tun with Midwest barley, British malted oats, flaked wheat, and a charge of Wai-iti mash hops. We then Whirlpool and Dry-Hopped with with the latest crops of more  Wai-iti, Nelson Sauvin, and Taiheke(New Zealand-grown Cascade), fermenting with our lovely house ale yeast. We’re getting luscious and sticky notes of shareable bowls at a tiki bar, stinky Nelly Sauvin aromatics, and matcha tea ceremonies. 8.8% abv

Dark Barleywine w/ Coconut. A hybrid of a beer, Incantate is a barleywine with a handful of roasted specialty malts found in stouts. Brewed to a gigantic starting gravity with thousands of pounds of malt and boiled for over 4 hours. Fermented slowly with a blend of yeasts, then conditioned on both raw and hand-toasted coconut. Black in color, thick-bodied, creamy, sweet, roasty, with flavors of dried fruit, chocolate milk, and lots of coconut. 12% abv, 22oz bottle

Extra Pale Ale. Brewed with British Malted Oats and our favorite Midwestern Pilsner, we hop and dry-hop this luscious but crushable pale heavy-handedly with HBC-586 (Krush) and Cryo Citra. Bottles are naturally refermented in the bottle for a classical expression. 5.5% abv

Our House Mosaic Pale Ale. The people's beer, named after the street our humble brewery rests on. Brewed with Maris Otter and a touch of British malted oats; singularly hopped and dry-hopped with Mosaic. Aromatic notes of English muffin and blueberry juice with a crushable and refreshing citrus bitterness. 4.20% abv

A West Coast Session IPA inspired by Hair of the Dog's palecale "Ruth." We brew this beer simply with a split blend of Pilsner and Maris Otter, before hopping and dry hopping intensely with 100% Cryo Amarillo. Big old school notes on this one of green melon, prickly pear, and a familiar earthy rankness. 5% abv

Rye Dark Mild. One of our favorites brews of the year. English Dark Mild brewed with Maris Otter, Chocolate, and Rye malts. Hopped delicately with East Kent Goldings. Deep walnut hued with notes of freshly baked bread, toffee, roasted hazelnut, and a faint spicy herbal snap to balance it out. 3.5% abv

American Light Beer. Brewed with corn, 6-row, and Vienna, and hopped lightly with Czech Harmonie, we ferment this cold with our house ale strain and lager under it's own pressure for at least 4 weeks. Carbonated lower for a sense of nostalgia, it's got notes of sweet summer corn, wanting a hot dog, and rolling rock mugs at McGlinchey's. 4.2% abv
