Blonde. 4.4% ABV, 21 IBU. Big Wave is light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops.
IPA - New England. 5.5% ABV. Small IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Vic Secret and Lotus.
Sour - Fruited. 5.5% ABV. This ale is brewed with a selection of wheats for a soft foundation and soured with a blend of winemaker's acids. Combined with a profusion of blueberries and cinnamon, you have a beer with big fruit characteristics, a range of tart to sour, and a clean finish.
IPA - Imperial. 9% ABV, 80 IBU. Drop in on an epic tropical hop bomb in this fully stoked, North Coast surf-inspired Double IPA.
Cider - Traditional. 8.2% ABV. This is our off-dry cider. Named after Alexander Hayes, the fightin' Elleck, who is buried locally at Allegheny Cemetery.
Cider - Traditional. 6.5% ABV. Classic Sweet. Made with 100% Michigan-grown Apples.
Porter - Coffee. 5.2% ABV. Coffee Porter.
IPA - New England. 6.5% ABV, 30 IBU. This juicy hazy is bursting with notes of ripe berries, fresh squeezed citrus, and a medley of stone fruits from copious amounts of Citra, Krush, Simcoe hops, and house hazy yeast. Soft, velvety mouthfeel and very low bitterness.
Red Ale - Irish. 4.8% ABV, 20 IBU. There are two kinds of people in the world - the Irish and everyone that wishes they were Irish. Our Irish Red Ale stands with tradition as a smooth malty ale backed by a good dusting of roasted barley, just like the ones across the pond. So even if you are not Irish, you can still drink like it. Sláinte!
Sour - Fruited. 4.5% ABV. Bursting with flavor, this fruited sour definitely lives up to the hype! The unique fruit combination of blackberry, passion fruit, and strawberry is refreshing and bold without undermining the beer itself. With boisterous flavor and gentle tartness this beer is a hit with the casual beer drinker as well as the seasoned craft beer veteran.
Pilsner - American. 5% ABV, 12 IBU.
Lager - Mexican. 4.9% ABV, 17 IBU. This lightly hopped lager is a real easy drinker. Fermented with a Mexican-style lager yeast for authenticity.
Stout - Imperial. 8% ABV, 20 IBU. Flavor starts with white chocolate and malty sweetness, leading into roasted coffee and cacao notes, and finishing with a subtle nutty character.
Pale Ale - New England. 5.8% ABV, 45 IBU. An ode to the unity of malted barley, hops, yeast, water, and the brewer who prudently blends them. Intense tropical and citrus fruit aromas and a clean fruity bitterness work in harmony with the lightly toasted wheat bread flavors derived from the malt.
Stout - Irish Dry. 4.5% ABV. Our take on the classic Guinness. A velvety nitro mouthfeel with a sweet, roasted flavor. Name attributed to our great brewer, Robb MacLeod.
Lager - Munich Dunkel. 5% ABV, 20 IBU.
Kölsch. 4.8% ABV.
