Sparrow Bakery Northwest is proud offer a classic French after-school special: Monday-Friday after 3PM baby birds (and big birds) can indulge in the freshest bag of our famous chouquettes dotted with pearl sugar.

Named for one of our most discerning junior clientele: a slice of banana bread with cream cheese, one poached egg, and a small side of seasonal fruit.

Our Traditional Croissant stuffed with Almond Pastry Cream, double baked and served with almond slivers and powdered sugar.

Nostalgic french bread, crisp crust & creamy crumb. A must have for dinner parties and summer picnics - the authentic French baguette in town. Best consumed same day as purchase.

Classic Jewish rye loaf, slightly sweet with caraway seeds and a light dusting of cornmeal on top. Makes fabulous pastrami or grilled cheese sandwiches. Best if used within four days of purchase.

Our most beloved pastry! Cardamom Vanilla Sugar rolled up in traditional croissant dough.

The classic French Christmas cake! Pumpkin Spice Rolled cake, with an Eggnog Cream Filling, textured with American Buttercream "birch bark", and dotted with meringue mushrooms, this is a whimsical and delicious Sparrow tradition especially for families with youngsters! (serves 12+)

Made from Sparrow's same Pain Original Dough used in our baguettes, rustique bread, and hoagie/sandoh rolls. Traditional New England spice mix provided. 16oz bag provides enough to fill the largest of birds and a very hungry dinner crowd.
