Mims Sanctuary is a soft-seating space perfect for small gatherings and informal get-togethers, a private watch party, a pre-function event, or a green room. This meeting space is named to honor a cherished Eugene community member who opened his own house to provide sanctuary for travelers to the area in the 1950s.

Create your perfect event in the Ed Ragozzino Ballroom. Divide it into Ragozzino A or B, or reserve the entire space. The Ragozzino Ballroom includes an open-air terrace overlooking the 5th Street Public Market alley, as well as a bar that services the terrace, Ragozzino north, and the pre-function space. Named after legendary University of Oregon coach Bill Hayward and home to the Obie family boardroom table heirloom, the Hayward Boardroom is designed with success in mind. Conduct your business in a space filled with natural light and state-of-the-art A/V equipment, surrounded by athletic championship history.

Nothing says PNW like Pendleton Woolen Mills. Their beautiful fabrics are an intricate art form and represent an important part of Oregon’s history. The Pendleton Room offers a round table that seats up to six guests for an intimate private dinner or small business meeting and is equipped with a flat-screen ready for presentations.

The Vintage Room is a handsomely appointed private dining room suited for casual and formal events. Trimmed in gold chandeliers and dark wood, this room seats up to 32 guests.
