Dueling Spoons

A flourless chocolate torte served with cinnamon creme anglaise fresh whipped cream and fresh berries.

Our Saoirse makes the ultimate brownie so we had to make it a sundae. Served in an old fashioned sundae glass, Saoirse's Brownie is served on vanilla ice cream with caramel and topped with hot fudge.

Vanilla panna cotta (thickened cream) topped with your choice of; Berries, Chocolate or Sticky Toffee Walnuts.

Chef Billy first found this pie in the restaurant where he and Kathleen met in New York City. He went on to perfect these thinly sliced granny smith apples baked in a sour cream custard. Served with a dollop of blackberry glaze, a touch of chocolate and fresh whipped cream.

A staple tradition in the Reid Family Christmas Eve, the pear is poached in champagne, vanilla, sugar and a hint of lavender. Chilled and served in a bed of creme anglaise with fresh berries and a sugar puff pastry point.
