In this course, participants will learn about espresso equipment function and preventative maintenance, and will gain hands-on experience with espresso preparation techniques and dial in strategies. Participants will also learn how to steam milk with glossy texture and pour latte art. If your goal is to take your first dive into the barista craft, this course is for you.
