Suggest at least 1/2 to 2/3 pounds of meat per person. Healthy eaters may eat more.

Order Availability
If you do not see a date available in the 30-day timeframe, it has filled.
Packaging Policy
We are unable to make separate packages for your order. We only offer full pounds of sliced meats & whole slabs.
Pickup Hours
Pre-orders are available for pickup between 10:30am and 4:00pm.
Pickup Process
Online orders go to a pickup window on the north side of the RED smokehouse.
Pre-orders
Available for pickup when ordering from 2 up to 30 days in advance.
Small Party Catering
Available Thursday thru Sunday.
