Peruvian grilled diced chicken, queso, mixed cheese, puree white beans, diced onion, tomato & cilantro. Finished with chipotle ranch, sliced jalapeños and Cotija cheese.

Shrimp, green cabbage coleslaw, red bell peppers, sliced avocados, cilantro. Served on a chicharrón.

2 smoked corn, grilled, garlic butter, chipotle mayo, cilantro, Parmesan cheese. Topped with Takis. Served with a lime wedge.
