Vermouth di Torino Bianco is one of the best aromatic wines of Piedmontese origin, composed mainly of wormwood, marjoram, sage, coriander and iris macerated in a single solution, and liquorice, which is processed separately, because of its pronounced and unique aromatic character.
Among the ingredients wormwood, muscat yarrow, sage, thistle and hyssop to contribute to an explosion of flowery and herbal notes, with a hint of spices. Thanks to its unique recipe, our Dry Vermouth di Torino fills a gap in the market, proposing smells and tastes more similar to the ones of the past century which had been forgotten.
Ingredients include home-grown herbs such as absinthe, rhubarb and gentian, grapefruit peel, vanilla pods, rosemary and red thyme, which country-dwellers have always used to aromatize their wines. Thirteen botanicals in all, entirely natural (with no ready-made dyes), processed individually and on a cottage-industry basis, whose complete list remains a secret according to the best Piedmontese tradition: each vermouth, in fact, has its own formula, jealously guarded within the family.

The Aperitivo Cappelletti may be the oldest style of the classic red bitter still in production. Unlike its larger commercial rivals, Cappelletti is less sweet and has a wonderful drying finish. Additionally, it still uses natural carmine color for a crimson red and retains a vinous texture from its wine base. It offers a vibrant and flavorful profile, complemented by bitter undertones on a traditional wine base. This yields a Negroni or Spritz that is dry and refreshing in the finish.
The only amaro based on wine and Nizza Monferrato Cardoon. The uniqueness of Cardamaro starts from wine, which gives structure and acidity. To enhance the characteristics of the Cardoon Hunchback of Nizza Monferrato, a skilfully dosed mix of bitter spices are used: China, Rhubarb, Gentian combined with Aloe, providing a long bitter note on the palate. The aromatic balance is completed with Coriander and Lemon Bark, and finally vanilla pods, which give roundness.

We start the process of creating Nocino each year with hand harvested green walnuts.
