A thin layer of finely shredded cabbage placed over rice, topped with two pieces of pork tenderloin KATSU. The sauce is made by blending Hatcho miso with dashi and a variety of other seasonings with toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top. Chicken option available! (+$1)
