Whatever the case, we have dumped far, far too much citrus puree into a golden ale, and for an added kiss of flavor, blended in a touch of our sour base beer. 4.2% ABV - Bud Hedrick was a man that made a difference and mattered to a lot of people. Bud, and his family, decided to take a shot and give a startup brewery a chance in Asheboro, a town that was dry for 50+ years. He didn't see a brewery as a way to degenerate a community. Rather, through his experiences in World War II in Germany, he saw how a brewery can bring a community together and raise it up. He understood that a city without a brewery was almost like a room without books. Bud passed away in late 2019. In his honor, we have rechristened our German Wheat Ale as Hedrick's Hefeweizen German Wheat Ale. The German Hefeweizen exemplifies quite a dichotomy in craft beer. This style demonstrates that not all is as it seems. The lightness in color masks the intensity of the flavor. The esters and clove aromas and flavors accentuate that you cannot judge a beer by its color alone.
Made from the Hondarribi Zuri grape. It's known for its balanced flavor, with notes of fruit and zesty acidity.
In most cases, California is simply too warm to turn Gewürztraminer into the zippy beast we love from those sub-alpine regions of Europe. Banyan’s an exception: it comes from a cool Monterey vineyard and is intentionally picked early enough to keep it charged with acidity. Cca' Bianca Brachetto D'Acqui is a sweet red wine with an olfactory profile of red fruits and rose water. The palate is appetising, fresh and pleasant. In the winery, the Ca’ Bianca Brachetto D'Acqui grape is destemmed, pressed and allowed to macerate with its skins for about 36 hours. It is racked and decanted to vinify at a temperature of 15°. The fermentation process is stopped by cooling when it reaches the desired alcohol content, leaving a completely natural sugar residue. Slightly sparkling and delicately soft, Ca’ Bianca Brachetto D’Acqui is the most exported Italian sweet wine.
Bright and citrusy, with slightly floral and herbal notes, this Picpoul is light and refreshing. The minerality on the finish makes this a natural partner for seafood, all manner of fruits de mer, and green salads.

11.9% ABV - Barrel-Aged Narwhal is our deliciously dark Imperial Stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Barrel aging is a strange science; it mellows some characteristics of the original beer while intensifying others. Narwhal's aggressive roastiness has calmed, but the rich, chocolate-like malt backbone is brought to the fore. Black as midnight, this intense stout is complex with notes of cocoa and espresso balanced with hints of vanilla and toasted coconut from the oak casks. Nearly as rare as its nautical namesake, try Barrel-Aged Narwhal while you can because like the creature itself, it will soon dive into the depths and leave nary a trace behind.

5.2% ABV - This summer series of sessionable IPAs were conceived as West Coast IPAs with Hazy IPA characteristics! "Dune Dweller," brewed with Nectaron and Pacifica hops, an aroma of nectarines supports a bright citrus kiwi flavor, giving impressions of hazy IPA notes. The refreshingly light body gives way to the lightly resinous and balancing bitter character of a great West Coast IPA.
6.5% ABV - Talk to me Joose is a hazy IPA that was collaborated with one of our employees in memory of his son Maverick. This is part of our brewed for a purpose series, to honor his memory. Part of the proceeds will be donated towards KinderMourn, a non-profit organization that provides services to bereaved parents, grieving children and teens. The hops were hand selected by the family which include Nelson, Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic hops.
7.2% ABV - A Cascadian Dark Ale brewed with Maris Otter and a ton of Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, and Columbus hops.
6% ABV - The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

A vibrant celebration of Spring, this radiant IPA blooms with citrus blossom aromas drawn from organic hops and sustainably sourced barley. Bone brings that old school classic West Coast IPA character with modern, citrusy flare. One of our recent faves for West Coast hoppy beers we’ve made.
7.2% ABV - Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.
6.6% ABV - Fort Point balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. With the smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and dry finish, Fort Point is our standard daily-drinker.
6.5% ABV - Bo Knows Tecmo is built on a base of NC grown 2-row, Wheat and Oats and hopped with Centennial and Amarillo with Citra, Motueka and Sabro dry hop additions. This juicy Pixelated IPA is bursting with Tropical fruit aromas and balanced flavors of bright citrus, kiwi and piney resinous hop bitterness.
6.1% ABV - Cloud Surfer is our "Modern IPA"; a vision of the evolution of IPAs . Its crisp, balanced bitterness is inspired by West Coast styles, while it's straw yellow color and silky mouthfeel pay homage to the New England IPA. Cloud Surfer boasts an abundance of candied lime, mango, and pineapple notes that establish it in a class all its own.
0.5% ABV - Brewed with Citra & Mosaic Hops, we are very excited about how this first one turned out and are eager to expand on what we learned so that those who wish to still have the camaraderie of drinking and the flavor of a craft brew but without the negative effects can have something to enjoy!

5.2% ABV - Paying homage to the history of the farmhouse pastures we call home. Nebo Pilsner helps to immortalize Whippoorwill farm. As a working dairy farm in the early 1900’s, they, as many dairies did, turned to crafting and selling ice cream as a monetary necessity and very important added-value product.

5% ABV - Our house Pilsner, Pathway features a grist of 100% Epiphany Modern Pilsner Malt from our friends down in North Carolina. This German inspired Pilsner is pulled together by our house lager strain, providing notes of lavender to accompany flavor characteristics of lemon, hay, and honey, for the ultimate dry and softer bodied yet firmly bitter Pilsner. There is, and always will be, something special about a simple beer made from equally simple ingredients that will forever captivate us. If we had to choose a house lager, this one just might be it.
5.3% ABV - Brewed in Collaboration with American Aquarium -Tough Folks celebrates local Pilsen Malt, both Bloody Butcher and Cumberland Corn with an easy hop addition of Callista hops to provide a light, easy drinking and crisp beer.
4.7% ABV - Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

Manually harvested, 100% destemming, maceration for 15 days and aging on lees for 18 months in concrete vats, spring racking, light filtration, fining.

Le Petiot is hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc from low-yield (35hl/ha), biodynamically farmed vineyards.
