The Hillman Beer food and beer menu items change on a regular basis, with fresh menus printed once per week to ensure guests have an up-to-date experience.

The B&M Manager will check all ABC Approvals for new beers added to the menu.

The B&M Manager will give fresh menus to the brewer team on Monday afternoon for delivery to BMV and MGN.

The GM/AGM need to ensure all old menus are discarded, including any in the office.

GM’s should send menu changes through Basecamp 'Menu Management' by Sunday for the following week’s menus that will go live Wednesday.

The Head Brewer will provide a “Menu Planner” document to the Brand & Marketing Manager for any beer changes by noon on Monday each week.

Print the number of menus needed according to specified guidelines based on month.

Brand & Marketing Manager will make the required menu changes, convert to a PDF, and print.

Select 'Tabloid' (11X17) as the paper size and set scale at 100%.

Choose 'Fit', 'Print on Both Sides', and 'Flip on Long Edge' under 'Page Sizing and Handling'.

Choose 'Auto' under 'Orientation'.

Select the Brother J6545 printer and choose the number of copies to print.

Load only 10 sheets of 11X17 paper into the back of the printer to prevent printer jams.

The B&M Manager will update the new menus on the Hillman Beer website.
