Cider - Dry. A single varietal cider made with our own Ashmead's Kernel apples. The cider has a bold tartness and a rich, complex baked apple flavor.

Cider - Herbed. A cider spiced with cinnamon and vanilla to complement our cider donuts. Touch of sweetness and tartness with a beautiful aroma.

Cider - Traditional. A blend of dessert and bittersharp apples, with a crisp apple aroma and enjoyable tartness.

Cider - Other Fruit. Cider with a large amount of pineapple and mango, creating a huge aroma of tropical fruit.

Cider - Hopped. A showcase of fresh, farm-grown Nugget and Columbus hops, creating an aromatic cider with layers of fruity and citrus hops.

Cider - Dry. Aged in Rare Pear brandy barrels, has a big mouthfeel, notes of Perry, and a smooth barrel-oak finish.
