We don't use any preservatives. Our desserts have a shelf life of 7 days after you receive them in the mail. Once they arrive, they can be placed in the freezer for up to 1 month, for optimal freshness. Thaw fully before you enjoy! Please note: The rice krispies should be kept at room temperature, and are fresh up to 3 weeks.

Ubelicious does not grant refunds, offer exchanges, and/or accept returns on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.

Absolutely! We highly recommend reheating our cookies, brownies and s'mores for about 8-12 seconds in the microwave in order to experience that perfect out of the oven warm Ubelicious-ness!

We ship using USPS Priority Mail. This service takes 1-3 days to arrive to you Nationwide. Depending on your distance from Las Vegas,NV will determine arrival.

Current lead time: Shipments are sent during the week Monday through Wednesday, Thursday as needed for the Holiday season. All items are handmade small batched, baked to order to preserve freshness. Each dessert is airtight/heat sealed, to keep fresh upon arrival. COVID-19 UPDATE: We ship throughout the United States using USPS Priority Mail. Due to Covid-19, the 2-3 days delivery has been extended to 3-4 days. The local deliveries will remain the 1-day service.
