A deep hue of purple fills the glass as we took zero short-cutes with this fine blend of blackberries and black currants. The tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the complex characteristics of the black currant. Filled with tannins the cider leaves a delightful dry and rich finish. Cheers to northwest berries.

The sweetness and tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the deep body of the elderberries. Filled with tannins the cider leaves a delightful dry finish that red wine lovers will especially enjoy.

7% ABV | 65 IBU • Citra Flash Mob is an India Pale Ale brewed with predominantly Citra hops along with a very small amount of Amarillo and Simcoe to round out the rough edges an all Citra IPA can sometimes have. This aromatic and refreshing India Pale Ale has a deep straw color with minimal sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Citra Flash Mob IPA displays dominant citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, lime, and lemon), moderate stone fruit (peach), moderate pine, moderate tropical (pineapple), and low cantaloupe notes.

Exotic Belgian and Vienna malts lay head to toe beneath a unique blend of Loral, Ahtanum and Nelson Sauvin hops which bring passion fruit, honeysuckle, and sauv blanc to the party. Effervescent, freshly squeezed lemon esters with tantalizing clove and spice notes, and a hint of animalistic funk are driven by the yeast, finishing smooth and dry.

6.5% ABV | 50 IBU • You've earned a break. Relax as waves of pineapple, mango and citrus wash over you. Loaded with tropical hops.

4.75% ABV | 20 IBU • Velvet Glow is an homage to an old Grace Brother's Brewing beer brewed right here in Santa Rosa! The Grace Brother's brewery was around from 1933 to 1966, where they created many iconic beer brands including Velvet Glow and Happy Hops. This Helles style lager is a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer with a bright straw color, aromas and flavors of bread crust and biscuit. There is a very low bitterness with a mild hop aroma. 4.75% ABV

13% ABV | 35 IBU • Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ferrero Rocher-Inspired Imperial Stout • 13% ABV • Aged in a combination of Whistle Pig, Weller, and Bernheim Bourbon Barrels, this seasonal offering boasts an oak-soaked celestial body with a constellation of rich hazelnut set into an inky backdrop of softly sweet milk chocolate.

15.5% ABV | 30 IBU • BBA Peanut Butter Brownie Stout • 15.5% ABV • Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout collaboration with our brothers-in-adjuncts, Equilibrium Brewery. This liquid erupted from a combination of Heaven Hill, Elijah Craig, and Old Fitzgerald barrels at a molten 15.5% ABV with a gooey chocolate-brownie character that we finished with a crater-full of cacao nibs and a 300lb peanut butter treatment for a beautifully balanced, bottled Peanut Butter Brownie.

13% ABV | 25 IBU • BBA Pistachio Ice Cream-inspired Imperial Stout • 13% ABV • We spared no expense in the recreation of this fan-favorite collaboration with the mad scientists at Aslin Beer Company! A new species of lactose stout base underwent advanced bourbon barrel-aging with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachios and, bingo: Pistachio Ice Cream Stout!

12.43% ABV | 30 IBU • Bourbon Barrel Aged Breakfast Stout • 12.43% ABV • Late last year we blazed through an unexpected hit of a canned sweet stout release -- there were astronauts and maple syrup! There were grizzly bears and blueberries! There were DeLoreans! There was No Time to Explain! We've applied that absurdly delicious finishing treatment to a mix of Fundamental Observation barrels filled throughout 2018, 2019, and 2020, then blended with a chewy, lactose-based sweet stout
