The Box Office is accessible only by phone & email. During concerts, the box office is open for walk-up purchases one hour before the show starts and 30 minutes after it starts.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Occasionally, a promoter or artist may cancel or postpone an event. If the situation merits, you will be issued a refund minus the facility fee.
