Box Office
The Box Office is accessible only by phone & email. During concerts, the box office is open for walk-up purchases one hour before the show starts and 30 minutes after it starts.

Concert tickets can be purchased by phone at 402.476.6540 Monday thru Friday 10 AM-5 PM, or 1.800.514.ETIX (3849) Monday thru Friday 9AM – 6PM and Saturday 10AM-5PM.
Online
Concert tickets can be purchased online at www.etix.com and www.rococotheatre.com.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Occasionally, a promoter or artist may cancel or postpone an event. If the situation merits, you will be issued a refund minus the facility fee. Note: All seats are reserved except the balcony, unless stated otherwise. Tickets are required for all ages, including children and infants. Questions?
