Bernice’s Blend is Hunter Bay’s version of a classic Mocha Java that is rich in flavors of wild berries and spice, with an earthiness that lends robust body and structure. Made with naturally processed, 100% organic beans from the East Indies and Africa, this complex blend is assertive…just the way we like it. Locally roasted Bernice’s Blend can be found at The Good Food Store, Orange Street Food Farm and on our retail shelf here in the Bakery.

Bernice’s Signature Espresso was developed from the success of our coffee blend. Beginning with a classic Mocha Java made from Indonesian and African coffees, we added Brazillian coffee beans to accentuate the sweetness and maximize the crema in each shot. The result is a wonderfully complex, full-bodied espresso with notes of brown sugar, floral spice, and wild berry. It pairs beautifully with our buttery breakfast pastries as well as our savory quiche.

Bernice’s proudly offers a wide selection of hot teas from Montana Tea and Spice Company, as well as two iced tea options. From classics like Peppermint or English Breakfast, to more local creations like Evening in Missoula or Red Rover, Montana Tea and Spices’ teas pair perfectly with our cookies, cupcakes, and breakfast pastries.

Bernice’s also offers Tipu’s Chai, a spicy, hearty, chai that our baristas expertly blend with your choice of milk for a rich, creamy, perfectly aromatic beverage.
