Marinated in Petimezi, Greek EVO oil, sherry vinegar, garlic, mint and etc, these tender lamb chops from Hidden Stream Farm are flame grilled to order, drizzled with more Petimezi sauce, sprinkled with a chiffonade of basil and mint, served with a side of mustard and mint yogurt.
