Poutine for the People! Our feature poutine for March is a chili cheese poutine, created by chef Viana Rickett of Simple Goodness Detroit. Proceeds from each sale go to Helping Women Period. The poutine features handcut fries, cheese curds, a hearty beef chili gravy, horseradish mayo and red onion.
