We have three choices of bread -- teff, quinoa + grain-free. These are hearty, artisan breads that we sell by the half loaf.

We call these our "crack" crackers - once you start eating these you won't be able to stop! A nice vegan option to dip hummus or put on a salad. Made grain free too!

Chucked full of organic vegetables including organic cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and onion, this soup will keep you warm with a little kick of cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander and turmeric.

Our peanut butter granola bars are another original of the TB repertoire. We use organic, smooth peanut butter freshly ground from our friends at Naturally Nutty in Traverse City, then add organic, gluten-free oats, sunflower and flax seeds, and lightly sweetened with organic coconut nectar. $11 for a pack of 3.

The vegan version of our brownie. Made with Mindo Chocolate Makers' 100% chocolate, organic coconut sugar + oil, and some Michigan applesauce as the "eggs". $11 for a pack of 3.

One of my favorites in memory of my grandma who introduced me to baking. Available in December, Easter and Halloween. Made dairy-free with royal or "buttercream" frosting.

Available during the Jewish holiday of Purim, usually in March. Made dairy-free, with organic coconut sugar with either an unsweetened jam or traditional poppy mohn filling.
