The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. 9%

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966.

Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet. 8.5%

There is something special about our non-alcoholic wheat beer. Unlike other breweries, which halt the fermentation process prematurely – our beer is given the time it needs to allow its refreshing flavor to unfold. Subsequently, the alcohol is removed from the beer using falling film evaporation, a technique developed together with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan. A unique twist on an American-style wheat ale. The addition of wildflower honey and blood orange puree results in a medium bodied beer that is very smooth with an exhilarating nose of citrus.

he allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

A dank, sticky and slightly sweet sipper, Dankwood is the perfect alchemy of wood and hops. You may remember this beer as barrel-aged reDANKulous, which was featured heavily in our taproom (and many of our bellies). 12.2% ABV. 65 IBUs. Dankwood is the third release of 2018 in the Barrel-Aged Series.

(2025) Our friends over at Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery have one kind of barrel: wood. And they put two things in them: Bourbon and Rye. We were fortunate enough to get some of their Bourbon barrels, and we put our Imperial Stout in them. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing. Word.

We’re not the only ones who’ve been busy since last Deep Wood season; Revolution’s only permanent residents (residing in a hive on the brewery’s roof) have been pollinating local flora and producing honey for the past year. Not to be outdone, our brewers selected a crop of eighteen-month-old bourbon and rye whiskey barrel-aged English Barleywines to imbue with the bees’ golden elixir. Worth the welts.

Rare are moments of truth, when you’ve struck the last match, belting out tunes with your friends, staring deep into the campfire – times when you feel infinite. Our Truth is found in the scintillating brilliance of hops. Brewed with a nod to the Pacific, hops sizzle with tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit and mango notes and a dry finish.

Our Sangria is a delicious blend of red wine, grape and fruit juices, with a sparkling twist. Serve chilled, or with your favorite appetizers or light entrées.

Handcrafted from northern Michigan apples, this mostly-McIntosh blend packs a sip just sweet enough to keep that pucker off your mouth.

A pre-Prohibition style German lager brewed from a 1902 recipe from the original Terre Haute Brewing Co. in Southern Indiana. Refreshingly light pilsner body with some sweet complexities given off by the corn malt used in this recipe make this the perfect summer lager. 2013 Indiana Brewers Cup Silver Medal Winner
