In the bustling city of Detroit during the height of the Prohibition era, a mysterious figure known only as the Grey Ghost emerged as a legendary rum runner. He became the city's most elusive smuggler, navigating treacherous waters under the cover of darkness, with law enforcement always one step behind. The Grey Ghost continued a family tradition of maritime adventures, defying the restrictive laws of Prohibition and quenching the thirst of Detroit's residents.

By far the best drinks in Detroit. Grandma's Garden and Repeat Offender are so refreshing. Their late-night menu and Sunday brunch menu are exceptional.
This place did more than live up to the hype for me. From the cocktails, to the friendly staff, to the food everything was really top notch.
Grey Ghost is a go-to and must show to out of town friends. And I highly recommend making reservations in advance because it can get packed!
My new favorite Detroit restaurant. Everything was phenomenal. Wait staff attentive without being obnoxious. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The whitefish with, of all things a sunny side egg on top, was to die for.
One word, fantastic. Although it takes some planning to get a reservation, it's well worth it. Dining out can be a challenge with my gluten allergies (celiac) and my wife being a vegetarian. Not a problem here.
We have been to Grey Ghost several times and have enjoyed ourselves every single time. There is no such thing as having a bad time at Grey Ghost. When you combine a very thoughtful and innovative menu with super friendly staff, you have a winning combo.
Stunning building. Fantastic service. Excellent duck. Creative cocktails and staff that knows how to explain what you're ordering. Absolutely recommend.
