Rent our truck for a private event. Our delectable beignets and french coffee are the perfect treats to set your event apart from the rest.

To reserve your date requires a $500 non-refundable deposit. 50% of total order due upon order. Remaining balance due 14 days in advance of event. 20% gratuity added to all orders.

Your choice of succulent pulled pork or chicken slider, dipped in our homemade BBQ sauce, topped with coleslaw, served on a soft bun, with French fries or side of cheesy mac & cheese, or locally produced smoked sausage – veal/pork blend, infused with jalapeño pepper jack cheese served on an 8” sub bun, topped with grilled onions and coleslaw, or meal size portion of our special recipe of baked Mac & cheese smothered in bacon and jalapeños plus 2 of our signature French doughnuts - beignets with powdered sugar.

Rental is $250 for 2 hours. $125 for each additional hour. (Additional fees may apply based on event location)

All of the above - no dessert.
