A light sourdough, the Country is a classic crusty bread with a soft interior. It may look whole wheat because of its brown color, but it is made with a sifted wheat flour that maintains its natural creamy color since it is not bleached with chemicals or aging!

Everyone knows this classic Italian bread for a reason! We dress ours up by including locally milled Ground Up flour and dried herbs, while finishing it off with a generous amount of extra-virgin olive oil and flaky sea salt.
