Passionfruit + Strawberry + Wine-Like Acidity A quarter of a century in the making, our 1994 Blend is a melange of African coffees, known for their strong fruit notes and wine-like acidity. This is the perfect introduction to our offerings from Africa or as the perfect shake up for the single origin lover looking for a little more complexity.
Roast Level: DOUBLE DARK Dark Chocolate + Smoky + Roasty This is our deepest and darkest roast. We blend coffees from Central America and South America and then turn up the heat to produce a truly memorable coffee. This full-bodied brew offers a deep flavor with smoky qualities.
Dark Chocolate + Cherry + Rich
Roast Level: MEDIUM/DARK Caramel + Lemon + Cocoa This blend aims to please the palate of every coffee enthusiast. We take French roasted coffee from South America and blend it with Italian roasted coffee from Asia. Then we add some light roasted washed coffees from South America to give the blend some brightness.
Light/Medium Roast. Nutty + Sweet + Comforting We designed this classic blend of Central American and South American beans as a signature light roast. It offers a flavor that is both delicious and comforting, like sitting and relaxing in your favorite coffeehouse.
Light Roast. Lemon + Cocoa + Immaculate Hacienda La Minita is a 700-acre plantation in the Tarrazú region, south of San Jose. The title "La Minita" is given to the premium product of this estate— only 30% of their highest-grade beans make the cut. Tarrazú is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world. The cup is perfectly balanced and simply elegant. The brew has a sweet aroma, medium- to full-body, great acidity, and a delicate, clean aftertaste.

Roast Level: MEDIUM Milk Chocolate + Caramel + Almond This decaf version of our signature espresso blend features beans from Central America and South America. We roast each origin separately to ensure that each type is at the same roast shade when complete, so that each bean will produce a similar grind for consistent extraction.
Roast Level: DARK Dark Chocolate + Roasty + Sweet We roast organic Central American beans to a beautiful mahogany color to create a rich, full-bodied cup of decaf coffee. We are a USDA certified organic processing facility inspected annually by Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association.
Roast Level: DARK Dark Chocolate + Blueberries + Smooth We combine beans from all three major growing regions (Asia, America and Africa) and roast them to three levels, creating a rich, smooth coffee with a fruity finish. This decaf version of our popular dark-roasted blend supports CBD's local artists through its community arts fund. For every pound of Rebel Blend coffee sold or brewed at Coffee By Design coffeehouses during the year, $1 is donated to the Rebel Blend Fund.
Dark Roast Rich + Chocolate + Sweetness Our inaugural blend is a sweet and sultry blend of beans from Indonesia and Colombia. Combining the smooth caramel and slightly smoky aspects of our Italian roast with the bold and robust flavors of our French roast this blend is simple yet delicious.
Medium Roast. Orange + Chocolate + Sweet This lovely blend features coffee from Central and South America and was crafted to pour a shot of espresso that is beautiful in its simplicity. Bella Crema features flavors of sweet orange and chocolate, but, what makes this blend special is the rich and sweet layer of crema that is produced when making espresso. Bellisima!
Roast Level: MEDIUM/DARK Caramel + Sweet + Roasty Italian Roast is our third darkest roast level. We blend beans from the Americas and Africa. This brew produces a rich dark cup that is slightly winey. A wonderful dark roast drinking experience.
Roast Level: LIGHT Coffee Liqueur + Caramel + Nuts Our flavored coffees start with great coffee! South American beans, selected for their prevailing sweetness, are skillfully roasted to optimize this quality and then enhanced with a hint of flavor. This island blend of coffee liqueur, caramel and nuts is a great to sip all day. (No known allergens.)
Roast Level: LIGHT Maple Syrup + Cream + Sweet Our flavored coffees start with great coffee! South American beans, selected for their prevailing sweetness, are skillfully roasted to optimize this quality and then enhanced with a hint of flavor. This coffee is a nod to Maine's maple syrup makers and their sugary sweetwater.
Roast Level: DARK Sweet + Smoky + Citrus Finish This blend takes dark roasted coffees from South America and accents them with a clean and bright light roasted coffee from Africa. The result is a smooth after dinner cup that will have you whistling 'Round Midnight.

Full-bodied with a deep and earthy finish, it draws on organic beans from Indonesia and Central America to create a tasty profile.
