Contest Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on November 4, 2019 at 10am CST and ending on December 6, 2019 at 11:59PM CST.

Disputes and Arbitration

The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to those who enter to win at Instagram or Facebook and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law.

Entry rules

The Contest must be entered by submitting a comment on the Giveaway entry announcement post, tagging two Instagram users, and by following Twin Peaks on Instagram or liking the Twin Peaks Facebook page.

How to Claim the Prize

Winners will be notified by private message and may pick up their prize at Twin Peaks location or have it mailed.

Limitation of Liability

Participants release and hold harmless Twin Peaks Restaurant from any liability related to the Contest.

Original Content; Ownership

Each Participant guarantees that they are the exclusive owner of any materials submitted to enter the Contest.

Prizes

Winners will receive one of three prizes: The Man Cave Brew Bundle, The Game Day Bundle, or The Peaks Bundle.

Terms & General Conditions

Twin Peaks Restaurant reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest due to various causes.

Winners Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing and informed via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 7 days following the selection.
