Fundraising Nights are dine-in only. Organizations do not need to be registered nonprofits, but donations are not tax-deductible unless verified 501(c)(3) status is provided. A W9 is required upon scheduling.
Participating organizations receive 15% of qualifying dine-in sales generated during the event. Fundraising Nights take place from 5:00PM to 9:00PM and are offered on Mondays at our Frankfort Avenue location and Tuesdays at all other PARLOUR Pizza + Pints locations.
To maximize your fundraiser, we strongly recommend actively promoting your event to your community! Share it on social media, send emails, invite friends and family, and make it a night out. The more guests you bring in, the more funds you raise.
Fundraising at PARLOUR Pizza + Pints makes giving back simple. We partner with schools, nonprofits, sports teams, PTAs, and community organizations, making it easy to earn back money simply by dining together — no products to sell, no logistics to manage, just pizza, people, and community impact.
Fundraising proceeds are typically issued within 30 days following your event via check mailed to the main point of contact provided in your application.
Organizations are encouraged to lead promotion efforts for the best turnout. While PARLOUR may share select events, promotion is not guaranteed.
