Then topped w/ one of our house made suaces: Suiza (green jalapeño), Ranchera (chunky tomato), Poblanas (homemade mole sauce), and Blancas (queso dip), then covered in with melted cheese. Sour cream topped on the Ranchera and Suiza sauce. Served w/ 2 sides
