A long rest in 10 year old Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels adds layers of coconut, graham cracker, and bourbon soaked maraschino cherry.
Quadrupel · 10.0% · Chicago, IL. Fresh Belgian style Quadrupel blended with mature, native fermented Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels hand selected by the fine folks at Binny's Beverage Depot.
Saison · 5.4% · Chicago, IL. A funky saison aged in a Sangiovese puncheon with Brettanomyces claussenii and a Carmen Miranda hat of tropical fruits including Finger limes, Yuzu, Pink lemons, Mandarin oranges, Mandarinquats, Limequats, Calamondins and Fukushu Kumquats.

ESB · 5.5% · Chicago, IL. Few things are more British than the game of bowling which has been enjoyed in Britain since the 13th century. And few beers are as iconicly British as the ESB with its signature East Kent Golding hops, adding notes of lavender and honey, and superb balance between butterscotch, biscotti cookie malts and a mild earth bitterness.

Gose · 4.5% · Chicago, IL. Margarita inspired, adding lime juice to our gose lends a bright citric acid character to the existing lactic acid creating a complex tartness. The wheat body is accented by a hefty dose of pink Himalayan salt.
Gose · 4.3% · Chicago, IL. Hallertau Blanc dry-hopped gose bursting with notes of bright, juicy tropical fruit, freshly cracked black pepper, and lemon meringue pie. Lightly tart with a snappy, refreshing saline finish.
