West Coast IPA | 7.2% | Brewed with Comet and Azacca hops along with pale ale, pilsner and Munich malts, rife with big bold hop aromas of lemongrass, tropical fruits and a whisper of pine.

Coconut Butter Pecan Imperial Stout | 10.1% | 5/8oz. Aged on a mountain of coconut flakes, this one was inspired by a rich dessert combination that rattled around the brewery for a while before coming together in this delectable sipper. Get it. It is what you want.

Session Hazy IPA | 4.1% | 5/16 oz. More of everything except the alcohol. Huge peach, pineapple and orange notes burst forward from the wallop of Nelson Sauvin and Dolcita hops. Full bodied and pillowy soft, this one is a juicy hop bomb.

Double Hazy IPA | 9.2% | 5/8oz. If this big buddy were to be named by the Tropicana people it would probably be called Pineapple Mango Splash or something. It drinks like juice, but did you see that alcohol percentage? Okay, just making sure. Oh, and it is all from hops. No juice involved. Hops: BRU-1, Motueka & Nelson Sauvin

Cream Ale w/ Raspberries | 4.8% | A delicate cream ale layered with soft raspberry aromatics. Bright on the nose, smooth through the middle, and finishing with a light kiss of berry sweetness on the back end.

Fruited Pale Ale | 5.4% | An American style pale ale with a strong malty backbone, Cashmere hops, and a touch of fruity tartness from gooseberries.

Double Hazy IPA | 8.2% | Aromas lean to citrus and pineapple, plus a hint of bready malt. Palate is crisp with a bit of creaminess, with luscious white and tropical fruit notes. Finishes dry, crisp, and cleanly bitter.

Weizenbock | 7.5% | A dark, malty German-style lager with the roasted notes of toasted bread. Spiced with vanilla and ginger for a great winter beer.

Oak Aged Vienna-Style Lager | 5.5% | A crispy, malty lager that's dry with a hint of caramel. A classic Vienna-style lager with toasted oak chips to round out the flavors and add depth.

Pina Colada Wheat | 4.9% | 5/12oz. As the temperature drops and daylight fades earlier each day, we wanted to drag some tropical summer vibes into the dark with us. Pineapple and coconut are best buds in this thirst-quenching crusher.

American Lager | 4.1% | 5/16oz. This traditional American lager is a carefully crafted representation of what your grandpa would recognize as a great American beer.

Single Hop Wheat Lager | 5.1% | 5/16oz. Our friends at Segal Hop Ranch grow a unique hop with an absurd name. Anchovy hops have nothing to do with the little fishes, but rather an awesome watermelon candy note that makes this one approachable and refreshing.

Fruited Wheat | 5.3% | An American style wheat fruited with raspberries, strawberries, and a touch of mint.

Czech Dark Lager | 4.8% | 4/12oz. Smooth and rich, this malty lager has a balanced touch of chocolate and roast notes, rounded out by a hint of sweetness. We lagered it on two levels of toasted white oak, lending an earthy note that brings all of these flavors together.

Oak-Aged Hazy IPA | 7.2% | Aromas of bright oak green citrus/spruce. Wood intensifies as it warms. A medley of white grapefruit pine and vanilla.

American Pale Ale | 5.4% | A classic American style beer characterized by its solid malt backbone balanced by an assertive hop presence.

Black Lager | 5.5% | A black lager flavored with vanilla and toasted oak. Subtle touches of caramelized malt gives this beer the taste of toasted marshmallows.

Belgian Style Wit Bier | 5.1% | A classic Belgian-style wheat beer with the addition of peaches and a selection of botanicals to enhance the peach aroma and flavor.

West Coast Pilsner | 5.4% | This iteration features 2025 crop Galaxy hops for layered aromatics, resinous depth, and bright tropical character.

Pilsner | Pilsner brewed with orris (iris) roots – chamomile & jasmine. Crushable.

Hazy IPA | 6.6% | 5/12oz. We are always juggling new hop combinations and this one is a real winner with notes of pineapple, apricot and orange. Soft on the palate with a pleasant rolling finish. Hops: BRU-1 & Tangier

Fruited Hefeweizen | 5.1% | A fruited hefeweizen with strawberries, lemon, and vanilla.

German-Style Altbier | 4.9% | $5 SPOTLIGHT BEER - This hybrid beer strikes a delicate balance between malt and hop flavors. Brewed with dates to add further complexity and fullness to the flavor profile.

Dry Hopped Lager | 4.5% | 5/12oz. The latest in the Arrival series, this one features Tangier, which is named for the tangerine and orange notes that it imparts. This lager is the perfect delivery system for these bright citrus zest flavors. It is hard to believe that it is all hop-derived. A nice cereal note backbone and crisp, dry finish keep you coming back.

Red Ale | 5.4% | Inspired by Irish Red Ales of the past, we've expanded on tradition and brought Slainte into the present with the additions of sweet orange peel and Ukrainian wildflower honey, this brew goes further by offering a very pleasant citrus aroma and the complexity of honey. Collab with Parlor Pizza

Double Hazy IPA | 8% | Hazy and juicy with intense aromas of sweet orange, not unlike a Creamsicle. Creamy mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness.

Fruited Sour | 5.2% | Filled with flavors of strawberry, cherry, and a hint of lemon. This tart, wheat-based beer will pair well with fruit, chocolate, or your second beer.

Hefeweizen | 5% | 5/12oz. To this wheat beer we add strawberries and the cooling flavors of basil, then push it further into the fruity and spicy realm with a classic hefeweizen yeast strain. The result is creamy, fruity and thoughtfully quenching.

Czech Pale Lager | 4.4% | 5/16oz. Inspired by a trip to Czechia, where we made quick friends with some brewers in Prague while enjoying (many) traditional Czech beers. The unique characteristics in this one are subtle, but the riches are there if you go looking for them. Collaboration with Pivovarský dům

NITRO Coffee Stout | 6.1% | 5/16oz. We made this stout with beans from our friends at One Line Coffee, then layered in caramel and vanilla to compliment the roasty, dark chocolate malt notes. This one is served on nitro, so expect a smooth, decadent mouthfeel.

Oak Fermented Saison | 6.8% | 5/12oz. Bright citrus and clove aromas combine with delicate fruit and spice character from both the classic Belgian yeast and the American White Oak fermentation. Made with our friends at Derive to celebrate our common love for the classic Saison. Two-time silver medal winner at the Festival of Barrel-Aged Beer. Collaboration with Derive Brewing Company
