Madrecuixe (z. karwisnkii) made by Mezcalero Eleuterio "Tio Tello" Perez Ramos and his son Eduardo "Lalo" Perez Cortez. Roasted in conical oven with mesquite firewood for eleven days. Mashed to dry-ferment for 2 days in cypress sabino tanks, then added to well water for an eight day fermentation in copper alembic stills. 47.9%

Aroma: Raw sugarcane and fresh grass with a faint olive and pepper note. Taste: Long and rather oily mouthfeel with subtle grass notes with lemongrass and faint cane sweetness balanced by peppery spirit spice. Aftertaste: Cracked pepper spice with grass and cane flavours.

Batuq Bacanora is following 300 years of culture and tradition, and is made on the family ranch near San Pedro de la Cueva, where Rafael Encinas Molina and his sons continue more than four generations of tradition. Batuq Bacanora celebrates the families origin from the small town of Batuc, founded in 1629 near the Yaqui River, but inundated when the river was damned. SanPedro de la Cueva also has a notorious history as the site where Pancho Villa shot all the males in the village, including the priest, in retaliation for the death of a few of his soldiers.

DURANGO Mexico: The agave is cooked with volcanic rock in artisanal earth ovens, then ground by hand with axes before being fermented in oak wood vats. Try 1oz of each distillation: *Damiana mezcal is made using 100% Agave Durangensis (Cenizo). The Damiana flower is added into the second distillation. Damiana is a traditional herb that thrives in the same regions as agave. *Pechuga de Conejo (Rabbit Breast) is a rare and exquisite variant of mezcal; its production is limited due to the inclusion of unique seasonal ingredients such as local apples. This mezcal undergoes a triple distillation process; the third phase sees the vapors passing through a suspended, skinless rabbit * Mezcal Joven is crafted with traditional distillation practices. Flavor notes of citrus, orange, and blood orange intermingle, delivering a delightful harmony of sweetness and tartness.

Tequila company co-founded by American actor George Clooney. Hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years. After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard. Casamigos Reposado is aged for 7 months. It is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

Mexico- 100% Blue Agave rests in new, small, American white oak casks for at least 2 months. Notes of dill and black pepper, Cazadores is nimble and off-dry. Finish is clean, light and off-dry. A classic tequila and great for margaritas.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels.

Don Julio 1942 Añejo Tequila is handcrafted in tribute to the year that Don Julio González began his tequila-making journey. Warm oak, vanilla and roasted agave flavors lead into a lingering oak and rich vanilla finish. Aged for at least 24 months, Don Julio 1942 tequila is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave

Barrel-aged tequila, wiith a mellow, elegant flavor and inviting aroma, the hints of dark chocolate and cinnamon lead into a rich, smooth finish. Aged for 8 months in American white-oak barrels, our amber-colored tequila is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave. Don Julio tequila is produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, one of the country’s most fertile agave-growing regions. The microclimate and mineral-rich clay soil allow the blue agave plant to flourish.

El Buho Mezcal Agaves are harvested at maturity 7 to 12 years growth. Piñas are slowly roasted in an underground fire pit (horno) over local 'encino' wood for a week. The cooked agaves are mashed with a tahona millstone by the family horse, Güero. The resulting aguamiel mash ferments using airborne yeast and local well water. The mash is distilled twice. Once in an Alembic copper pot, second distillation without. After resting the mezcal oven in stainless steel tanks for four to six months, the spirit is bottled at 86 proof.

Espolòn tequila is named for the spur of the iconic rooster, a historic symbol of strength nobility and national pride. Espolon Reposado is aged in New American oak barrels for a minimum 2 months, creating a purer taste unique to Espolon.

Granja Nómada Mezcal is a brand based out of a San Dionisio, located in the Central Valley of Tlacolula, Oaxaca. Granja Nómada is grown and produced under mezcalero Hugo Quinto’s supervision at his Palenque. The brand was built based on the idea of nomadic farming. “Nómada” represents the idea of a “Nomad” or “Nomadic”. The brand aims to work with multiple farmers, or “Granja’s” towards a solution to the unfair practices that exist in modern mezcal production.

Mexico-Libelula is a blend of Blanco 80% and Reposado (20%). The Blanco is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in continuous column stills. The Reposado is cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged minimum 8 months in American whiskey barrels.

Uvalama is a traditional bacanora flavoring. Uvalama is a wild tree fruit about the size of a grape from the Uvalama or Vitex molis tree (see photos). Uvalama has medicinal properties and some families make a batch for the cold season. The uvalama fruit has a sweet-sour taste, that adds a funky complexity to bacanora.

Palmilla is the Sonoran name for Sotol in Sonora, which is the Desert Spoon or Dasylirion wheeleri. This Sotol is made from the largest plants high on thier ranch, averaging 40 kilos, and up to 90 kilos. The terrain is very steep limestone and limestone conglomerate- a unique terroir. This is the first Palmilla imported to the US.

400 Conejos Espadin Joven is produced by maestro mezcalero Don Tacho in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. It's an artisanal mezcal imade with 100% “Agave Espadín” from Tlacolula, Oaxaca. This mezcal is traditionally produced using a stone oven (horno), horse-drawn tahona, and copper distillation. 40% ABV

Madrecuixe (z. karwisnkii) made by Mezcalero Eleuterio "Tio Tello" Perez Ramos and his son Eduardo "Lalo" Perez Cortez. Roasted in conical oven with mesquite firewood for eleven days. Mashed to dry-ferment for 2 days in cypress sabino tanks, then added to well water for an eight day fermentation in copper alembic stills. 47.9%

Aroma: Raw sugarcane and fresh grass with a faint olive and pepper note. Taste: Long and rather oily mouthfeel with subtle grass notes with lemongrass and faint cane sweetness balanced by peppery spirit spice. Aftertaste: Cracked pepper spice with grass and cane flavours.

Batuq Bacanora is following 300 years of culture and tradition, and is made on the family ranch near San Pedro de la Cueva, where Rafael Encinas Molina and his sons continue more than four generations of tradition. Batuq Bacanora celebrates the families origin from the small town of Batuc, founded in 1629 near the Yaqui River, but inundated when the river was damned. SanPedro de la Cueva also has a notorious history as the site where Pancho Villa shot all the males in the village, including the priest, in retaliation for the death of a few of his soldiers.

The peels from lemons and Seville oranges, whole juniper berries and botanicals are steeped for 24 hours prior to distillation to give a wide range of exciting flavor in Beefeater Gin.

Durango Origin The Liquid: Bosscal Pechuga De Conejo has a light smoke very crisp and smooth with citrus, orange and blood orange. Also deep within the flavor you may get hints of an amazing apples, mandarin, apricot, plums and quince fruit which all carry with great balance. The Bosscal Pechuga production is limited due to the special ingredients of the local apples that must be in season in order for them to be added to the distillate. This mezcal is triple-distilled and the third distillation requires the vapors to pass through a suspended, skinless rabbit (“pechuga” means ‘breast’ in Spanish) before it condenses to form the mezcal one can drink.

El Buho Mezcal Agaves are harvested at maturity 7 to 12 years growth. Piñas are slowly roasted in an underground fire pit (horno) over local 'encino' wood for a week. The cooked agaves are mashed with a tahona millstone by the family horse, Güero. The resulting aguamiel mash ferments using airborne yeast and local well water. The mash is distilled twice. Once in an Alembic copper pot, second distillation without. After resting the mezcal oven in stainless steel tanks for four to six months, the spirit is bottled at 86 proof.

Tequila company co-founded by American actor George Clooney. Hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico for a minimum of seven years. After harvest, the agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, before undergoing an extra-slow fermentation process over an additional eighty hours, nearly double the industry standard. Casamigos Reposado is aged for 7 months. It is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

Mexico- 100% Blue Agave rests in new, small, American white oak casks for at least 2 months. Notes of dill and black pepper, Cazadores is nimble and off-dry. Finish is clean, light and off-dry. A classic tequila and great for margaritas.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels.

Granja Nómada Mezcal is a brand based out of a San Dionisio, located in the Central Valley of Tlacolula, Oaxaca. Granja Nómada is grown and produced under mezcalero Hugo Quinto’s supervision at his Palenque. The brand was built based on the idea of nomadic farming. “Nómada” represents the idea of a “Nomad” or “Nomadic”. The brand aims to work with multiple farmers, or “Granja’s” towards a solution to the unfair practices that exist in modern mezcal production.

Mexico-Libelula is a blend of Blanco 80% and Reposado (20%). The Blanco is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in continuous column stills. The Reposado is cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged minimum 8 months in American whiskey barrels.

Licor 43, or Cuarenta Y Tres is a bright yellow Spanish liqueur. It is made from citrus and fruit juices, flavored with vanilla and other aromatic herbs and spices, in total 43 different ingredients.

Uvalama is a traditional bacanora flavoring. Uvalama is a wild tree fruit about the size of a grape from the Uvalama or Vitex molis tree (see photos). Uvalama has medicinal properties and some families make a batch for the cold season. The uvalama fruit has a sweet-sour taste, that adds a funky complexity to bacanora.

Milagro anejo is an estate-grown 100% blue agave tequila which is aged in american oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months and a maximum of 24 months. The aging results in a taste that is smooth refined and still agave-forward. 40% abv

Palmilla is the Sonoran name for Sotol in Sonora, which is the Desert Spoon or Dasylirion wheeleri. This Sotol is made from the largest plants high on thier ranch, averaging 40 kilos, and up to 90 kilos. The terrain is very steep limestone and limestone conglomerate- a unique terroir. This is the first Palmilla imported to the US.

Patrón Silver is handcrafted from 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Patrón Silver is a blend of two differently produced triple distilled tequilas - one made using a traditional tahona and fermented with agave fibres, the other made using a modern roller shredder.

Pelotón de la Muerte Espadin is produced in Oaxaca by mezcalero Cutberto Santiago and his family, who cook agave Espadin agave in stone pit ovens using traditional methods. This mezcal has notes of kiwi fruit, lemon zest, dried peppercorn, agave, and soft smoke. 41% ABV

Sombra Mezcal Espadin Agave is hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The organically farmed espadin agave piñas are roasted in earthen oak fire pits, and crushed via horse drawn tahona and then ground, fermented, and distilled. Produced in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Sombra Mezcal exhibits a bouquet of exotic fruits and spice. 45% ABV
