Barrel Aged Sour 6% We brewed a wheat beer and aged it 2 years in our oak barrels inoculated with a blend of nine microbes. The bright, spicy citrus aroma jumps out at you. This is a sipper. Let the flavors evolve on your pallet.
Hazy IPA, 6.5% This one's for those who get after it... for those who grab something sweet when your palate's gone bitter. We loaded this beer with Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops during fermentation for a tropical citrus flavor with hints of mango and papaya. It tastes like the perfect Hawaiian sunset we all chase after. Contains Lactose.
West Coast IPA 6.5%. We modeled our west-coast IPA on the early versions brewed in California in the 90's. We use a solid malt background to balance the bitterness of our American hops. After fermentation we add a 2nd generous dose of hops. This "dry-hopping" allows the alcohol developed during fermentation to absorb the aromatic hop compounds, creating a magnificent aroma.
Lager 4.8% Beer has history in Hawai'i. Introduced by sailors who tried navigating these waters 1000 years after the islanders did it in canoes, beer was a form of potable water... the alcohol in the beer resists spoilage. This crushable lager will help keep your good time from spoiling.

100% Nero D'avola - Sicily; Floral & fruit aroma w/ cherry, & rose petals. Spices & soil & berries on the pallet. Substantial tannins & assertive acidity.
100% Nebbiolo - Langhe; Pretty bouquet w/ wild berry, licorice & mint. The menthol adds energy to the bouquet & the flavor profile of this lean-bodied red.
100% Corvina - Veneto; Black cherry, plum, & mulberry. Med body, balanced with a vibrant finish.

100% Roscetto - Lazio; rare small production white grape produced near Rome. Medium gold in color with aromas of tropical fruits and sweet corn complement undertones of fresh herbs and vanilla. On the palate this wine is lush and full-bodied with an intriguing and lingering finish.
55% Garganega, 45% Chardonnay - Veneto; white flowers of acacia, jasmine, bouquet of citrus such as pineapple, grapefruit and orange, apple, pear and mango and a light note of bananas. Fresh and pleasant thanks to its sustained acidity.
100% Chardonnay, Certified Organic - Trentino-Alto Adige; from the Dolomite region of Northern Italy, this wine is aged in stainless steel w/o oak. Brilliant straw yellow with a green shimmer. Quite pronounced and expressive aroma with flowery and somewhat spicy notes. Lively, precise, with a slight smokiness at the back and a good, fresh finish

Kölsch, 5.4% The easy thing to say is that a Kölsch is a cross between an ale and a lager. The truth is more interesting. Brewers in the German city of Köln in the 1700's resisted the growing popularity of lagers. To compete with the crisp flavor of lagers, they trained their ale yeasts to ferment at lager temperatures. Today, we enjoy them as Kölsch, technically an ale, but akin to lagers in flavor.
West Coast Lager 5.0% Sticking your nose into the barrel of this aroma is asking for face full of citrus zest with a solid dose of bitter reality. But the end of this ride is going to be all smiles. We combined west coast ingredients with old world techniques to give you the best of all worlds... crisp, flavorful, aromatic.
Belgian Wit, 5.5% Few beers are more satisfying on a warm day then a crisp, tart Belgian Wit. While traditional examples of the style load up on orange peels and coriander, we got there by manipulating our POF+ yeast strain. This beer is satisfying with a tart citrus top note on a well developed malt and wheat backbone.
