The brilliant minds of Howzit Brewing and Waikiki Brewing Company got together to try and solve the problems in the world. This is our solution. Through extensive discussion we concluded that in order to solve for ‘x’ we needed to first figure out the ‘why.’ Eventually we learned that alcohol is a solution so we just brewed this helles lager instead. Sour Ale w/ Strawberry Orange Guava (5.0% alc/vol) The sun may rise in the east but nothing beats a west side sunset.  With the night sky creeping behind, you race to catch a glimpse of the last bit of sunshine.  Memories of Hawaiian Sun and Aloha Maid come to mind looking out from the sand.  We were inspired by the colors of the sunset to combine Strawberry, Orange, and Guava to paint a picture of natural gradient.  Cheers to the end of the day and beginnings of a great night. English Style Amber Ale (4.8% alc/vol) A walk about town and you'll stumble upon a neighborhood pub. Tucked in the back is a duo rooted in English tradition. The copper clad kettle and an old brewer. The two preserve a culture that's lasted for centuries. This English Style Mild ale is darker in color and exhibits notes of morning toast and earl grey tea. Do a little detective work and you'll find that the English Mild Ale is one to be treasured, for its place in this world unites us all in that neighborhood pub down the cobble stone street. Red Ale - (6% alc/vol) Step back in time with Crimson Revival, a red ale crafted to awaken the echoes of tradition. The aroma is a symphony of toasted malt and caramel, interwoven with dried fruit and a faint earthy hop note. The first sip unveils a malty sweetness, balanced with a subtle nutty undertone and a delicate bitterness that lingers like a well-told tale. Crimson Revival is more than a beer—it's a revival of rustic charm and timeless craftsmanship, brewed to transport you to an era where simplicity reigned and every pint was a celebration of life's small joys. West Coast IPA (6.7% alc/vol) - Collab w/ Other Realms As Gunther stands amongst the cliffs, his litter huddles in fear, he raises his sword of conquest, Thunderstrike to thy foe. Purge the realm of such Hop Demons that thy terror be quelled. "No more shall these lands be hellscape," our hero decrees. Other Realms has been a haven for comic book and gaming nerds in Hawaii for over 38 years. A few of us got acquainted with them at Ward Warehouse, while some got to know them at their current Nimitz Center location. This IPA represents the past and the present in an expression of new school and old school hops. Hazy IPA - (7.3% alc/vol) So here’s the thing. The older you get, the harder it is to make friends. In school we’re forced to interact and work is really the only instance that we’re forced to have some form of communication with other people going through the same shit. Being an adult is difficult. It’s not as easy to make friends at this stage. But here’s the other thing. Beer is a catalyst for conversation. Beer has led to many great friendships and ideas that have changed the world. Don’t be afraid to say hi at the bar. You never know who might become your new cheers buddy. West Coast IPA - (6.9% alc/vol) Collab w/ Village Bottle Shop Ride forth and meet them on the fields with steel and stone... The Village has suffered an onslaught at the hands of pillagers looking to horde hops all to themselves. Can Tim and the forces of Hana Koa reclaim the elixir that the pillagers stole? This elixir was brewed in the depths of the misty mountains with hops grown in the secret gardens of old. With the powers of Simoce, Mosaic, and Nectaron, our heroes would certainly stand a chance to mount a counter-offensive. Only through the powers of clear IPA can they be victorious. Hazy IPA - (6.1% alc/vol) Radtacular modern day vernacular spectacular hop shleem. Put it on anything! WHY? Cause it’s rad! Innnnnnnnnnnnnnn…… SAUCE FORM! Contains the following – Rad Hops – Rad Malt – Rad Yeast. With notes of orange, strawberry & pineapple, enjoy radness in the raddest glass. Tokyo Style Pilsner - (4.2% ABV) I wonder if you know how they get down in Tokyo? We’ve been partying with our neighbors across the street at the Rice Factory to bring you this delicate Japanese Style Rice Lager. Showcasing Yumepirika rice from Hokkaido, the combination of ingredients boast snappy lemon zest with a sake like finish. You could say, “本当に美味しいで” most of the time we end up saying, “乾杯” (cheers!) Have fun, be safe, and break the rice with this one!

Oatmeal Stout (5.3% alc/vol) From time to time it's important to find a space to reflect and just exist without any noise. Sitting on the dock of Honolulu Harbor might not be the most glamorous but it certainly captures the history of Honolulu and how it's changed. We all change with time and sometimes you just need that classic nostalgia to not lose yourself. Inspired by traditional pub classics, Roll Away highlights the classic melding of rolled oats with a blend of caramel and roasted malts. Pale Ale - (5.2% alc/vol) Our first conversations of our dreams about building this brewery were spent on a roof top drinking pale ale. Dosed with a healthy amount of Mosaic and Equaknot hop goodness, Pilsner, Vienna, and Caramalt carry notes of sweet biscuit to the palette. This is in remembrance of not putting a ceiling on your wildest dreams.

West Coast IPA - (7.0% alc/vol) I’m a little Kei truck short and stout. My driver’s on the right side and I drive delivery routes. I carry lots o’ hops up and down the west coast. If I had to pick I guess I love Citra most. Idaho 7 came to play and so did Strata. We pulled up to the brewery yelled, “Howzit my baddah?!” Throw a little Shaka and drive away.
