This sexy and alluring Junmai Daiginjo is velvet personified. It's both juicy and watery, slippery and expressive, and excels in a white wine glass.

It is crafted using the labor-intensive shizuku (gravity drip) method. Velvety, elegant, layered, smooth, clean, round.

Matured for three years in Hakkaisan's "Yukimuro," a traditional, eco-friendly snow storage facility, this sake is fine yet complex. Tasting notes are round with layered flavors and smooth texture. The aromas from the rice used in brewing are fairly intense, with a long finish.

A perennial winner of international and domestic sake competitions, KID Daiginjo opens with aromas of ripe apples and pears, followed by the rich sweetness of honey. A dry, crisp finish leaves you wanting more. (Exclusive to Eight Sushi)
