24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a regular pre-order for a refund. Holiday pies must be paid for in advance and are not refundable.

Ordering Policies
Change Pickup Date
Pickup dates for pre-ordered pies can only be changed when given 24 hours advance notice.
Holiday Pies
A limited number of whole pies will be available for pick up during the holiday season on a first come first served basis.
Missed Pickup
All pre-orders not retrieved by chosen pickup date and time will be donated and no credits will be given.
Order Timing
Online pre-orders are taken 24 hours in advance at the latest. The cutoff time is 4 pm for next day pickup.
Same Day Orders
Pies cannot be reserved for same day pick up, but we offer whole pies first come first served Saturday from 10am - 3pm.
