A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 5 or more. Up to 4 equal payments per check are accepted. Separate checks are unavailable. Kaluz features 180 feet of dock space. All boat docking is first come, first serve, and at crowded times, rafting of docked boats may be required. All docking is at your own risk.
Kaluz welcomes service animals only. Per ADA (American with Disabilities Act) and Florida Health Code, service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA regulations. The dog must have ADA credentials.
All Reservations are held in the inside dining room. Outdoor dining is seated at a first come, first serve basis. The maximum size party that Kaluz is able to accommodate is 9. Kaluz does not have a private event space to host larger parties. All celebration decorations must be approved by Kaluz. Your party should be complete before being seated at a table. A reservation can be held for 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
